RE-15c-2A or 3A
CO=2c-10D(?)
The last one, is Identified by both Hubbard & M & D, thus it can be easily converted using the conversion guide in Dean Guide (an unsolicited ad for the book, get it if you don’t yet have it).

It would be nice to know the stamp types, especially for the dated pieces, according to the Dean Catalog, or at least Hubbard. That would lend some credence to the information presented in the Dean Catalog as far as the dates relate to specific OSTS issues.
